About the tree felling permit boisbriand
The City of Boisbriand permits the felling of trees on land under certain conditions. A certificate of authorization is requied BEFORE the work.
The felling of a tree may be justified in the following cases:
the tree is dead or has an incurable disease
the tree represents a danger to the safety of people
the tree prevents the growth of neighboring trees;
the tree makes it impossible to carry out work or uses that comply with the by-law;
the tree must be felled to carry out work for public purposes.
